I reserved a van over two months ahead of time. They called me at 8 PM the night before I was going to pick it up and told me there is no van. I had to go with a different company the next morning and pay twice as much. Making a reservation apperently does not reserve anything - be aware of this.Reviewed 12 Oct 2022

Disrespectful Staff in AberdeenPros:None.Cons:When I went to drop off the car in Aberdeen the staff was not nice and he said there is an extra charge of $50 for not dropping the car in Baltimore and when I tried to explain what the staff told me in Washington DC he said it is not my business pay the $50 or take the car to Baltimore. Pros:Cheap, pick up/dropmoff conviently located.Cons:Car was dirty upon pick up (covered in dog fur). They were unable to tell me the cost of a late fee and pressured me into extending for one day instead. This left me feeling cheated and scammed.Reviewed 1 Dec 2017

Cons:The rental said it was at the airport but it turned out that is from some other offsite. Was not clear on the rental so I went to the wrong place. They were able to rent me a car at the airport location but it cost me more. Not happy about that.Reviewed 12 Sep 2017

Cons:I was never informed that the rental office had very limited hours on Sunday. When I arrived one hour after my initially anticipated time I found that the office was closed. I had to find another rental office that was open, take a taxi all the way to the airport to get it, and ended up paying over two times the initially anticipated price. The entire experience was horrible and I ended up canceling my kayak-rented car. I remain very disappointed with the entire transaction.Reviewed 22 Jul 2017
