The Alamo representative Abigail was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke very good English. She made the car rental experience very enjoyable and efficient. Car was good value and easy pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend.Reviewed 26 Feb 2024

Cons:They had no car for us, nor would they make calls to find us a rental with another company. We had to drag our suitcases around until we found availability with Europcar.Reviewed 4 May 2021

Pros:Just about nothing.Cons:The price I was going to be charged was not the price I was quoted. In addition they were requiring to get insurance that would add 15 to 20 per day, so in the end I cancelled the whole thing and didn't rent with them.Reviewed 15 Sep 2020

Pros:Amazing service and personal interaction and great value at the company deskCons:There was some agent for the company at the desk inside the airport who tried to tell me that I would have to wait at least 3 hours for the car to become "ready" but could get it now if I paid more not through my online reservation. Pros:Vehicle pickupCons:Hours of operations. Most flights depart early but agency don’t open until 0500. To return a car and leave keys in return box, you MUST purchase full coverage which is about $50/day. If you wait for hours of operations to rerun your car in person, you risk missing your flight. Nice hours Alamo.... wonder if it’s intentional. $$$$Reviewed 13 Nov 2019
