Despite booking and paying for our rental car several weeks in advance, there were no cars available at our designated pick up time. Nor was the employee behind the counter able to issue us a refund or help us find a car at another location. Would have been an excellent review but a few items in the car did not work USB adapter, some of the features on the screens and most importantly tire pressure was off by 17 lbs under inflated and 10 lbs inflated on other wheels. That is scary and very important to me on safetyReviewed 8 Nov 2023

Cons:Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. The line to wait at the counter was longer than the flight to Orange County was!Reviewed 27 Apr 2021
