Cons:
I made the reservation and paid in advance, only to find when arriving at the counter that I’ve been placed on a Do not rent ban. The staff at the counter could not tell me why or help me any further and made me call a customer service line, where I waited for 20 minutes on hold. Since I was in a time crunch, I had to walk away and rent with a different service. Why did Hertz not flag my account when I paid for my reservation in advance, instead of wasting my time when I was already ready to pick up the car? Who knows. I still have not been able to get through to their specific phone line to figure out why my account has been blocked, after calling multiple times. I last rented with Hertz a few months ago, and never received any notice about my account being blocked.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Nothing. Hertz did not have an available car from me at the location my reservation time, even though I made AND PAID FOR the reservation in advance. The location not only ran out of cars hours before my reservation, but they did not think to even call me to tell me that they will not be able to honor my reservation. I had to commute almost two hours to reach the Hertz location. I only found out AFTER reaching the Hertz location that my reservation would not be honored. The location also refused to assist me with my dilemma. I am STILL actively trying to get my money back for a service they refused to provide.Cons:
Confirm the location will have a car when a reservation is made in advance. I made the reservation over a week in advance. There is NO REASON AT ALL for Hertz to not have a car ready for me when I arrived.2.0 Poor

I’m hoping I didn’t screw up with that easy pass. I’m not sure it was open for a bridge crossing and I’m not very familiar with the whole toll and easy pass since the cashless toll system has been implemented. I could have used more info on using the easy pass. Will I get penalized?10.0 Wonderful

Took over half hour at counter as agent was incompetent. I was next in line . Agent at counter twice tried to give me a giant SUV instead of the compact I ordered. Luckily I was able to get someone in the parking area that switched me to a smaller vehicle.Cons:

Please ensure that u add additional time to your booking in the beginning itself. They charged me for 2 whole additional days for returning the car about 3 hours late. Also, the Audi Q3 is not the best option for a long drive. The car hydroplaned massively on wet road conditions in upstate NY. Seat quality and ride quality left a whole lot to be desired. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t be recommending.9.2 Wonderful

There needs to be proactive communication from the operator of that Fox franchise that you have to call for a shuttle pickup. It is not automatic. It is only "on demand". Also the franchisee (Drivo Rent a Car) demands you present proof insurance info at time of rental or no dice! IN addition, their system is not tied into Fox's loyalty program so they can pull up rental preferences, etc.7.6 Good

The line to pick up was very long. Then the only card I had was my debit cards. Even though I had a photo of my Mastercard they said they could not use it so I did not get to rent a car. Budget will take debit cards so I thought I would use Budget again, They were booked, which is why my son rented a car for me at Thrifty online using his card. Live and learn.Cons:
