I rented the car and couldn’t pick it up when I arrived. Fortunately, I didn’t need it until the following morning. When I went back the next morning, the person who was working there said that the person who had worked the day before I was telling lies, and there was no guarantee I could have the car then either. As a business, this kind of behavior on all ends is unacceptable.
Tire pressures ranged from 25 to 42, each one being different. Owner's manual I believe called for 35.

What I did like was the counter attendant, Dan, good guy, easy to work with. The first car I was supposed to rent had an overpowering smell of marijuana. I spoke with Dan and he quickly got me another vehicle. Much appreciated his help

Although we've had mediocre experience with Dollar Rent-A-Car before, this one I definitely rate excellent. Pick-up was seamless, and drop-off even faster. Employees were courteous. Car was clean. Thankful they've upped their game!

I showed up and they told me they didn’t have a car for me and would need to be placed on a waitlist with no guarantee of a car, even though I had a confirmation # from them. They were quite rude about it as well. They had cars on the lot but were only available as upgrades and cost more money. There were numerous others in the same boat. They blamed it on crowdstrike which I understand but the customer service was very poor.

I reserved a car, paid for a ride to the airport to pick up the car, there was no car available, the staff was rude and indifferent, they suggested that I sit in the airport for up to eight hours, waiting for a car to become available, they also couldn’t guarantee that a car would become available, I paid for a ride back to my home from the airport. I spent 60 bucks to get back-and-forth from the airport and I did not get a car. I can’t imagine how this could be worse. And I can’t imagine that Avis cares

Waited 90 min in line to pick up a car, even though I prepaid. Oil maintenance light came on 400 miles into my trip. I called Payless and I was told to get car serviced and save my receipts. Not and ideal situation during a vacation. We will see if I actually get reimbursed….
