We paid for a Honda Accord or similar, and when we arrived, we were told we were to get a Corolla. Not a "similar" vehicle. When pressed, we were offered a Nissan Altima. Again, not a reasonable comparison. We should have been offered an "upgrade" to a full-size or, at very least, something more premium. Anyway, the staff were nice.Reviewed 29 Apr 2026

The Custmer service Rep at the vounter was very helpful. Xdhe slready knee that the car I reserved won’t fit our needs. She already had a different SUV for us. She explained to us in terms that were not demanding. So we went with her suggestion, the Grand Cherokee. And we had a very good time and fun in our trip. We didn’t have to worry about driving in the snow since its a 4 wheel drive. 👍🙂Reviewed 22 Apr 2026

1. We clearly specified, when booking the car, that we did not want an electric car as we know that charging stations are limited in Corsica. However, the only option upon arrival was an electric car. As a result I had to do some distance to charge my car between my village and the right charging station. The nearest one was not even fast enough to charge the car so I had to go 9km farther to find a super charger. 2. When picking up the car, we had to wait more than 40 minutes as there was only one staff attending the clients.
