Pros:Staff did not care about giving me a clean car. After I left, I called to report smoke issues with AC use and car stalling at times. Bad gas? No remedy was offered. When I got to the airport, Hertz was not even there to do my return. My car agent n vet discussed my plans at all The worst car rental ever. Maybe I should have gone through the Airport rental instead of private franchise. I put 4 calls into Hertz to help me...Cons:Better customer service and an attitude of caring...Reviewed 25 Apr 2021

Pros:The staff at the Fayetteville location was extremely helpful and pleasant.Cons:$200 security deposit wasn’t included in the estimation provided and it was never mentioned in any emails until I spoke with the agent at the Fayetteville location.Reviewed 8 Mar 2021

Pros:Nothing. After waiting two hours after my appointment for them to clean the car, they denied to release the vehicle to me because I didn’t have a credit card. I offered my debit card but they wouldn’t accept it. I offered to have my mom sign a form and use her credit card Hertz said no.Cons:I was charged $88 for a service I was not provided. I am trying to get the money refunded. They did not allow me to rent the car but charged me anyhow.Reviewed 28 Apr 2019

Pros:Staff at pickup were fairly pleasant but did not care that I was frustrated that my car size was not available although it said it was online. I was not happy that I had to pay for an upgrade. She told me that I can't rely on the 3rd party vendors like KayakCons:The staff at the drop off were very nice folks. The pickup location... not so much. When I reserved the car on Kayak I reserved an economy sized car or whichever the smallest one is. Kayak confirmed the availability online and told me that one was available.
