Last time for HertzPros:Car was great. It was clean. Easy access at pickup.Cons:Meetings cut short a day. Rushed back 75 miles to airport for a one day deduction. They would not credit because I prepaid in full for 2 days. Told me to call 800 number. They said same thing. Rules Rules. Rules. lol. Who reads the small print anyway. We just expect large national companies to treat us fair. They also told me at pick up that the 3rd party insurance purcjased from Kayak wold not be accepted and I would have to pay for any damages immediately and get reimbursed. They lost a customer. I asked them to remove me from Gold Rewards program. My new job requires a lot of travel but I will sign up with another rental company program with southern hospitality.Reviewed 26 Jul 2017

Cons:They might want to let customers know that their ticket counter in the Charleston, WV airport closes at 5 pm on Saturday. That's kind of crucial info for someone whose flight doesn't arrive till 7 pm!Reviewed 9 Apr 2017
