Cons:Asked for a Ford Focus got a Chevy Volt, had to cram the car because I was moving a a lot of stuff with me. O'Hair site is really inconvenient and has poor signage. Hertz' website should have some instructions for getting picked up from the O'Hair Hertz. The car smelled slightly of (cigarette) smoke, brakes creaked, and the oil change reminder came on. Lastly, the link to the receipt Hertz sent me will not load.Reviewed 8 Feb 2021

Cons:I was late for 34 minutes when returning the car, and they charged me the whole day for insurance and car for 75$. Although, on their website they mention the grace period is up to 59 minutes. Avoid this company!Reviewed 30 Oct 2020
