Hertz different in locationsPros:Car was there, Return was easyCons:Ordered a GPS on car but when I picked up the car there was none. Could not connect my bluetooth to car and all would of been, no doubt ok, had I had a person to help me from Hertz except there was no agent at the counter when the website said there should of been. Aspen, CO has unusual hours to start with.Reviewed 29 Nov 2016

Amazing servicePros:I loved how fast and simple the service was. No one tried to push any additional services on me, and everyone was so kind. Customer service was great! Had help with my bags. I have never had such a great experience with a rental car company. Will definitely look to Hertz first. Also extremely pleased with the deal I got.
