Pros: Nothing - I’d never rent from your Spokane location, perhaps company, ever again mainly due to Jessica. The condition of the car wasn’t great either, it had trouble keeping up with traffic while going uphill on highways.
Cons: Fire Jessica - Jessica at your Spokane Airport Enterprise location is shockingly unprofessional, rude, terrible to work with, raised her voice numerous times, did not read my reservation, and detrimented my entire enterprise experience so that I never want to do business with or recommend others to Enterprise. What should have been a smooth, easy pick up experience turned into a horrible, embarrassing experience because Jessica failed to read my reservation. Rather than read the details I provided when I made a reservation, Jessica asked the same questions over and over and over again. I found myself repeating information over and over again and even de-escalated her and the situation multiple times. When I offered my confirmation number and asked if something was wrong with my reservation (3 times), she insisted that she had to ask the same questions all over again. I understand needing to verify the information but Jessica did not do that, instead she raised her voice multiple times, spoke over me to the customer behind me, and showed the worst customer experience I have ever experienced with a rental company. I wouldn’t have had such a terrible experience had Jessica just read my reservation and been friendlier to customers.

Pros: Friendly staff. Very nice clean car.
Cons: We were 1/2 hour late and our car still wasn’t there for us to pick up. They had to find one for us! It was at an entirely different location & had to drive us there to pick up.
