The rate I booked was for a premium class car. However, when I arrived, I was given a standard trim Honda Civic. I mentioned to the desk agent this was not the type of car I booked, and she seemed quite annoyed by my complaint and told me to call the agency manager the following Monday. We were heading out on a long trip, so I did not bother with this as the Civic was fine for our needs, but again, not what I had booked.Reviewed 4 Oct 2022

Cons:I clearly said I would put the rental on my personal credit card then pay with a work credit card when I returned the truck,they put the payment through immediately which creates a hassle.Reviewed 24 Nov 2020

Said medium SUV - got gas guzzlerPros:Good people.Cons:Poor inventory .. only 2 options ... bumpy jeep or gas guzzling huge truck. I tried to downsize my rental to a car (I was willing to pay same higher rate) but 0 cars available. Seemed like because Budget was out of the jeep dealership they were saving vehicles for loaners for dealership customers.Reviewed 13 Oct 2018

Pros:Vehicle was brand new, in excellent condition and spotless.Cons:I rented the vehicle because I needed to pick up my mother, who lives in a remote rural community, to bring her to a medical specialist in Winnipeg. Due to unforeseen delays at the hospital, I was a few hours late when returning the vehicle. Because of that, they charged me for an entire extra day, which of course cancelled out any savings I may have gained from ordering through your service.
