Pros:We arrived at the airport and a Budget employee showed up immediately. We unloaded our belongings from the car and took it into the terminal and the Budget man took the car away. It could not have been easier.Cons:There were no instructions anywhere about returning the car at the airport so we were confused until the Budget man showed up.Reviewed 17 Sep 2018

Not given the car reservedCons:I had reserved a Yaris, knowing that I didn't have a lot of passengers, but did have a lot of luggage so I needed something with some trunk space. I was given a Citroen B3 hatchback, with very little trunk space, only one piece of luggage fit in the trunk, but I was told that it was the same category, so I couldn't have something with more trunk space without upgrading. In the end I had to pay almost double to upgrade, but had no other choice as I had five bags and no where to keep them.Reviewed 3 Jan 2017

Temuco ChilePros:Great service, clean car and pleasant agent. The rental car company desk was not open when we returned the car, which was no problem, but if no one had been there when we wanted to pick the car up, that would have been a problem.Reviewed 28 Dec 2016

Pros:Car was clean, nice.Cons:We stood in line a long time in Temuco, both pick-up and drop-off. The pending charge on my cc was huge and a surprise. It's gone away but didn't like the surprise charge or size of it.Reviewed 5 Dec 2016
