They did not have a car for me. They suggested that I call other locations to see if they had any vehicles. They expected me to try to find a car at one of their locations. They said they'd call if a car came in but I never heard from them. I finally found a car with a different company.Reviewed 4 Jan 2024

Pros:Staff was nice. They just didn’t have any cars when we got there. Said it would be 3 hours or I could upgrade. We had planned on have a full size. I had to upgrade to an suv that cost $100 more then plan on.Cons:Just having a a car for me or budget making up the difference.Reviewed 11 Feb 2019

Pros:Only thing good was a vehicle was available.Cons:Not the class reserved & was over $130 more than promised. Outside of the vehicle was covered in dirt, dings & missing body panels. Inside was not cleaned properly & smelt like cigarettes! The representative at St. Petersburg was very rude to me. Mark the vehicle full of fuel when it only was half. Having to waste my time going back inside to correct & go fill up when I had an appointment to make.Reviewed 2 Jan 2019

Cons:Reserved for convertible- was told none was available. This is I spite of reserving it several months in advance. No attempt to try to find another vehicle in surrounding areas. Asked to call central reservation number for budget - they were no help at all. Did not even offer to reduce rates as promised vehicle was not available. Very poor service.Reviewed 21 Oct 2018
