Pros:I liked the car.Cons:When I picked up the car, the girl behind the counter kept answering her personal cell phone during my heck in process. It was really weird and unprofessional. Also, the car had a faint smell of cigarettes that they tried to mask. Which just made it worse.Reviewed 14 Jul 2019

Original site did not have van. Called 15 min befoPros:Person I finally rented fromCons:No vans available at either site I was sent to! Did not call me until 15 min prior to pick up. Went to another site and no van either. Will not use budget nor kayak again. Rather pay a higher price to get truthfulness and integrity.Reviewed 19 Mar 2017
