Cons:I cancelled my rental. In order for me to use my bank card that is associated with my checking acct and is in my name they had to run a credit check and base on my credit score it will let them know if I could use it! A bunch of BS! I went to Nextcar rentals on Baughmans Ln and had Absolutely no issues using my bank card and my deposit was only $150 not $250, so I saved over $200 and the rental was nice!Reviewed 18 May 2021

Pleasant on the drop-offPros:The location was pretty easy to find near the Frederick Airport and was relatively convenient to our hotel and the downtown. The staff was helpful and pleasant.Cons:No complaints other than having a restroom for customers would be a big plus.Reviewed 16 Oct 2018

Cons:The insurance offered by third party was a rip-off and didn't know until I got to the rental office and found out I needed to purchase the collision from Budget to feel secure about the situation.Reviewed 24 Oct 2017

TerriblePros:NothingCons:The car they attempted to give me had a large scratch on the side and the front right fender was damaged. I was going on a long road trip and the car did not have a spare tire. I asked to upgrade and I was told that he didn't have anything else aviable.... The lot was full of over cars... Never again will I waste time with budget.Reviewed 16 Aug 2016
