Pros:The drop-off was super easy, kind of odd that there's no need to actually give back the keys to a person just deposit in a box at the airport, but maybe, then later I receive the confirmation of the car return and the invoice.Cons:Perhaps with the car assignment, as initially I got assigned one that I don't like it all because of the size of the car, and I asked for a sedan but wasn't available in the category that I rent, so I need to wait until the day of my reservation so they can confirm if a sedan will be available or not, but the personnel was always helpful and responsive.Reviewed 2 Mar 2021

Cons:When we arrived in Eindhoven we were advised by Budget that there was no insurance on the vehicle and we would have to cancel the Kayak hire and hire the vehicle directly from Budget. Which cost us twice as much. Very disappointing.Reviewed 21 Jul 2017
