Pros:I was charged around 100 dollars extra since I dropped off around 40 mins off the time from what I picked up the car. This is ridiculous!!! This was the first and the last time I will be renting from here. Staff does not know what they are doing. For anything the answer is the system does it, I don’t know. First of all, it took for ever to rent the car, only one choice, no options to pick from, computer system was slow, etc.Cons:To not get charged, basically it’s around 1 day’s rental cost.Reviewed 11 Sept 2020
