Cons:I gave it a poor rating only because it is almost impossible to speak to a real person after making the reservation and picking up the car. I ran not an issue with the car and was in hold forever trying to get in touch with roadside assistance and a budget representative. When I finally did get in touch with roadside assistance I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for service. So instead I called AAA and had service in 15 minutes.Reviewed 27 Feb 2021
