Cons:NEVER allow a rental place to give you a Chevy Malibu (front wheel drive, four cylinder, “full size” car) if there is any precipitation in the forecast. The back-end of the car “floated” and felt like we would lose control at any moment while driving on cleared roads (tire path) with snow/ice on the edge of lanes - or even clear roads at times - when going more than 40 mph. Perhaps it was that particular car rather than every Chevy Malibu but we will never again make the drive from Bozeman to Great Falls in anything other than an all-wheel drive unless it’s summer. Rental companies in northern cities should know better/caution renters regarding this car. I’ve never been more afraid in a vehicle, even though my husband is a superb driver. I hope this review can save someone the headaches and stress we had. I truly believe if I had driven, we would have wrecked due to the car’s handling.Reviewed 15 Dec 2020

Pros:Best staff in town! Friendly, efficient and helpful. Twice bailed me out when the other companies had left for the night despite having arranged a late-night rental. Pros:I liked that the staff member, Ms. Katie Holmes, was exceptionally friendly and the drop off was easy. I also liked that we were given a Mini surprisingly .Cons:The exterior of the car was considerably dirty. Also, I understand that this was not necessarily the fault of any one person, but towards the second half of the trip, a message started to appear saying that “the oil was low”. Luckily it all worked out, but that’s not anything about which a client should have to worry.Reviewed 26 Aug 2020
