Cons:This isn't Avis. It is a company that uses Avis' name and I was unable to change a reservation because their lazy asses were closed all weekend. I called Avis for customer service and they had no record of the rental. BECAUSE this isn't AVIS. This is fraud and I will never use Kayak or that rental service again.Reviewed 24 Jan 2017
