The car had a near-flat tire before I could even get out of the airport parking lot. All valve stem caps were missing and all tires were low. Put air in them after looking for air at 4 gas stations. The front tire remained low or flat the entire weekend - to the point I could not drive the car. Repeated attempts to reach out to the Hertz Roadside Service line (hours and hours on hold) yielded no one to come change or fix the tire. I finally had to leave the car in the hotel parking lot and take a hotel shuttle back to the airport on our last day. This entire experience was a nightmare. We ended up having a screw in our tire. The lady on the phone was wonderful. She advised us to go to the enterprise car rental in Brunswick Georgia. The workers there were amazing. They had us to the tire place in minutes. The tire place changed the tire for us after enterprise guy talked to him. All took under an hour. Very impressive!😊Sixt

They charge you an extra $350.00 to rent the car and also limit you to only a 150 per day. Even though it was reserved at one price and unlimited miles. They change your reservation and now you are stuck unless you decide to leave. They also take the spare tire out their cars so you would take their insurance. Avoid at all cost. If you are a local renter,go someplace else and rent. These people say unlimited miles, unless you live in the state,then you are only allowed 150 free miles per day. They also want a $350.00 deposit. I guess they want to insure that they already have your money if you go over 150 miles per day. The rate per mile they charge after 150 miles is $0.55 . That could add up to some serious dollar amounts really quickly.9.6 Wonderful

The online reservation clearly stated unlimited miles. But when I'm standing at the reservation desk after I'm already at the point of no return I'm informed I am limited to a total of 300 miles, with each mile afterwards at $0.55 per mile. The whole purpose of the rental was for a trip that far exceeded the allowable mileage bringing my total out of pocket expense nearly four times the advertised rental rate. Even after I showed the manager my reservation and what was advertised he informed me it was a private company and that's their policy and if I didn't like It go somewhere else.
