Pros:The car was very clean. Staff at dropoff was very helpful and friendly.Cons:Only one staff member available at pickup, so wait was long. Drop off area wasn't clearly marked, signs should have directed the advantage rentals to use the upcoming ramp. The first turnoff looked like it was the only place to go. The car itself was a very cheap model for the money I spent.Reviewed 6 Mar 2019

Don't rent from them!Cons:They lied to me to get me to buy the 12.99 ezpass transponder. Then I told them THREE TIMES do not charge me for a one way drop off (which is when you drop off the car at a different pick up), and then they STILL charged me $260 for a one way drop off fee when I dropped off the car at the same location. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND REFUND.Reviewed 14 Jan 2019

Unreasonable feesCons:Extremely high toll usage fees, $13 a day plus additional taxes and fees, added to an extra $17 per day! I couldn’t find any gas stations in the vicinity of the airport and could not fill up tank (brought it in around 3/4 full) and was charged $57 to refuel. I have never paid this much for a car rental before - $643 for 9 days or $70 a day!Reviewed 1 Jan 2019
