Pros:
Everything was pretty easy. We paid at the agency when we picked up the car. Employees were nice and helpful. Really small car but super cute and enough for what we wanted to do.Cons:
Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know that when returning the car there was a specific place to enter the parking lot (rental in Paris, France so quite confusing anyway). I ended up being pulled over by the police because I had not noticed the continuous line on the road (I was too focused on finding the parking lot). This is my mistake of course but an employee admitted that this happens quite often so I guess a warning or a small map could be useful :)10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
it was great to have some training by the staff on my hybrid rental, which was not so easy to start. one of the staff also gave me his mobile, in case I had an issue with the rental later on. The car was in very good shape, and held up very well. Also, the staff was very supportive when I got a small bruise on the car from an angry driver a few minutes before sending back the car.Cons:
Agency was empty when I arrived. waited 20+ minutes as staff were out picking up cars. not a big deal, but that was a bit stressful.Rent@Car
