Cons: We waited for the staff to arrive until after 8, so we could confirm we would receive our deposit back (since we filled the gas tank). When she did arrive,any of us were waiting; she took our keys and registration forms, mumbled something, and disappeared. We waited half an hour, then left to get breakfast. When we returned 25 people were waiting, three staff were hovering over their computers, and still no progress or communication.
