Great pickup and return experience. Everything clean, fast and with no hidden details. The cars are new and perfectly maintained. The staff is super polite, well spoken and ready to help. Because of automatic hand-off, it is important to take pictures of the whole car and hold onto them for a longer period.

It was friendly bij checkin but the car was not clean and was some happen with symptoms of the car because a storing and all of the ringen I call the rental company but the see is okay but all of this day when I start the car and driving the car rings it was not relaxing

The car was nice but it was very dirty when received and I could not see all the damage that was already on the car. I did not use the car very much at all and now Sixt is trying to blame me for damage that was already on the car. Very poor business approach and I will not use them again.

Pros:

Rental specified a car from their "special" class and paying for, and i ended up with their cheapest car class despite the 100 buck difference between their cheapest A class and "Special". On-site the staff told me that their special division entailed a class A car, which is very misleading! So despite being a long term Gold Reward member i was not even given the courtesy to speak to their manager to sort this one out. Going back to Avis

Payed extra to get a convertible and then got "upgraded" to a dull station wagon which was not at all what I had payed extra for. Will just go for the cheapest car next time. Waited 45 mins at the counter because the staff was so busy. They don't seem to have workforce planning. On top of that the staff was unfriendly. Will avoid that company in future.

On the pick up it was a more mark that the front windscreen had a small mark from a stone. I could t find it my self. We drove away but when we dropped off the car they blamed me to cause it.. I informed them where the mark which is in the report. They are saying then one which is mentioned on the report you can not see.. What kind of theft is this?

Not happy with the service and every time they book something for you and when you get there you get something horrible! Everything was very smooth. Reminder: Double check the times their shuttle picks you up from Arlanda and returns there from the rental office. Excellent price. Excellent service. We would definitely rent from Green Motion again !

It could be nice to know the distance from airport- on address it was the airport but it’s away. Shuttle bus is fine, not while you are landing after delay close to closing time.

Communication was good. The car was nice and well priced and I was glad to have a hybrid option. The rental place is not in the same location as the other main rental companies so finding it was tricky and involved us getting on the wrong shuttle bus a few times. We wanted to drop the car a day early rather than park in Stockholm and they only have the office in Arlanda which isn't super convenient. Other than that it was fine.

TERRIBLE, very unprofessional vendor, do not use Green motion! Waited 45 min for a shuttle that did not come, calls unanswered! Finally a very upset couple with kid got off the bus, told me don’t go, they are closed, not able to get their car either! Had to make other arrangements, the Arlanda hub of serious vendors said they get 3 /days complaints of lost/angry/similar situation to mine. Voicemail says they close at 10 pm, they do NOT. I’m an easygoing traveler, rolls with the punches kids girl, but this was NO BUENO!! Need refund ASAP!

Super easy to get to/from the airport from the car rental. Friendly guy who spoke great English behind the desk. The car was clean and new, no issues. They even let us take it back after we had dropped it off because we forgot to get gas.

I rented a car through your site, and the rental was for 3 days, and the amount was 131 dollars and some cents. But the Avias company deducted the amount of 314.98 euros, and I think that this amount is greatly exaggerated. Please explain with my regards
