Scam alert…. I’m shocked at Kayak that these people have so many scam alert and still allow them to rent their car. They didn’t fill up the gas tank and they said bring it back exactly where it is, only way possible is to fill it up to make sure exactly where it was. They refused to provide insurance while in Vancouver at a cost. This is unreal. In fact shame on Kayak for letting these people taking advantage of their customers. Lastly google showed them to be open at 7 AM and I got there at 7 due to my flight and they open the front door at 8. After my complain they said the contract shows 8 but google shows them at 7 AM. Product and people were very good. The problem cropped up when we wanted to extend our rental a few days. I had a very good price and knew the daily charge would probably be higher. The increase to $20.00 per day was more than my original contract but that was only $80.00 for the four additional days. The problem cropped up when the “taxes and fees” were going to be an additional $70.00! I couldn’t get any information on the absurd fees considering I had already paid the fees when I paid for my original rental contract. A $70.00 fee on top of the daily rental charge really is absurd.Reviewed 2 Dec 2023

The original rental was great. Excellent price, nice vehicle, great staff. The problem came when we decided we would like to extend the rental by a few days. Routes wanted 3X as much per day for additional days which we were fine with. The whole thing fell apart when they came up with a $70.00 “fee” for extending our rental — essentially $80.00 rental charge topped with $70.00 fake fee. No thanks; it was cheaper to return the car as per the original rental and go elsewhere and rent a second car.Reviewed 30 Nov 2023

We asked for a compact SUV, but got Durango which was big and not really cost effective. Vehicle was dirty inside the windows were filthy. Would not recommend this rental company.Reviewed 23 Oct 2023

This was one of the best car rental services I’ve ever used! It’s a small company but entirely worth it! Once we figured out the process to get to our curtesy shuttle, everything was so smooth! 🙌🏼 The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! The rental was awesome, and we will absolutely be using this service again when we return to Vancouver. I really don’t think we will be going anywhere else- this company has it all and their vehicles are wonderful! Found our new favourite car rental spot! 🥰Reviewed 26 Sep 2023
