Cons:Not enough help at the counter, long 20 minute wait with only 2 people in line. Car auto locked with keys in it somehow, modern cars are not supposed to do that which almost made us miss our flight. Sat on hold with customer NO SERVICE for 25 minutes waiting for them to answer. Even though the door had a numeric key pad, they could not give me the code to unlock the car. Gave up on them after several calls. Called my own lock smith that was there in 15 min after my call. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!!Reviewed 30 Dec 2019

Cons:My reservation was for a Jeep Cherokee or similar model. The best we could get without an increase in price was a Jeep Compass-not even close to a Jeep Cherokee, but decent price overall. I just didn't appreciate being misled.Reviewed 28 Nov 2019

Cons:Car was not clean, windows and side mirrors had permanent water stains when I picked up the car. I asked the attendant if it could be cleaned but got no response.
