Pros: Perfect location just outside Tower Hill station. Easy self check-in and friendly staff who suggested us a nice place for breakfast. Lots of movies to chose from in TV and with funny room light setting :) Lovely rooftop bar with great view.
Cons: We changed room for one time because the aircon is not working well. We tried to set the temp to 18C with highest fan mode but it has no wind and feels like 20-23. Technician came by and said this is the best temperature they can have. So for people who are scared of heat might need to take this as consideration. (Though you won't feel too hot when you are just lying on bed...) Room 509 ipad screen touching not working too well, cannot change channel since second day so need to use the remote control. A bit surprised that there is no kettle in room. Can't get any hot water so need to get out for hot tea/coffee... Slightly overprice, probably because we booked too late and it is mid-Sept where students/parents are visiting UK...

Pros: Very comfortable large bed. Very good breakfast and coffee. Stunning views from the bar.
Cons:
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All staff pleasant, helpful & friendly. Rooftop bar was great.
Cons: Had ‘interior’ room was expecting one with a view, as headlined on your web site. We asked to change but no outside view rooms available. Disappointing as we had booked the hotel almost a month before. Who gets the view rooms and why? Didn’t like having to crawl into bed, I.e. no space either side to get into bed as normal, not easy for two pensioners, one with arthritis. Hot Breakfast first morning was good, second morning, only eggs were actually hot.

Pros: The hotel was absolutely beautiful.
Cons: We had some trouble with checking into the hotel and spent almost an hour standing at the reception desk before being checked in. We had paid for a double room with included both a shower and separate bath. There was no bath. The room itself looked nice but was not as big as advertised. We came back to the room after enjoying drinks and entertainment downstairs within the hotel. Pulled back the bed covers to find a nice dirty sock that didn’t belong to us. In the morning we woke up to a foul blocked toilet that absolutely stank and was quite obviously out of use. We called the hotel staff who told us there wasn’t actually anything they could do about it immediately and would send an engineer. However the issue still wasn’t even attended to by the time we checked out. Extremely disappointing given the amazing reviews we read about before choosing this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and comfy room! Love the cowshed products!
Cons: Nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the venue itself. Everything about it is stunning
Cons: when we checked in the “pre authorisation” was not explained to use properly. Therefore they was going to charge us twice. However when addressed we relieved a complimentary breakfast and free late check out. Also booking.com said we got breakfast included within the price and when We arrived this was not the case. When we called booking.com they was extremely rude and they hung up on us. TERRIBLE customer service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have not had such great service in a very long time. From the moment I was at the front of the hotel every person I came in contact with, was helpful and had such great attitudes. I will be staying here in the near future!
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the cowshed products. And the music in the lobby.
Cons: I would have preffered more lighting in the room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Beauty of the building, rooms
Cons: Breakfast at the Deli, no access to the vault and spa included
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Eggs cooked exactly how I had ordered. Good price. Great butter. The rooms and communal areas are exquisite. Elegant feel without being stuffy.
Cons: Their deposit and refund to account policy could be more transparent. Quite confusing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They thought of everything! They had absolutely every amenity you’d ever want already in the room. The room service was delicious and fast! Honestly, I’ve ordered room service at more hotels than I could ever count and this was some of the best and the quickest.
Cons: I stayed at the Ned on a Saturday night so the bar/restaurant area downstairs was extremely busy. This in turn caused quite a bit of noise. My room was quite low, so maybe if you have a room on a higher floor the noise won’t be an issue. Honestly, it didn’t bother me one bit, but I wanted to mention it as it might throw some people off guard. They do supply ear plugs in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I love the amenities in the toilet and the courteousness of the staff. You have all you need for your stay. The location is superb and the antic nature of the property lingers in my memory. To put simply , its heaven for lovers. However, the breakfast is not so fantastic. I really did not enjoy it.
Cons: breakfast. There should be better option from different available 7 restaurants on the ground floor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place fabulous with a great atmosphere and attention to detail. We loved it!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of it
Cons:
With a stay at The Ned in London (London City Centre), you'll be a 3-minute walk from Royal Exchange and 9 minutes by foot from The Gherkin. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 6 meeting rooms available for events.
Discover your own corner of London at the Hotel Indigo® London Tower Hill hotel. Brick walls reminiscent of the original Roman structures that once stood here add history to our guest rooms, which also feature four-poster beds, iPod docking stations and designer bathrooms. The sights of the neighborhood—Tower Bridge, the Gherkin—are also reflected in our décor. Or, you might like a stroll around our historic area: St. Paul's Cathedral is a short walk, and we know where to socialize in the Square Mile; just ask. You’ll find warm and friendly service with us here in the heart of London’s financial district.

Pros: The room had some very nice features that show they took care in the design -- things like a soft-close toilet seat and a high-quality shower. The bar on the premises was great -- we arrived hours before our room was ready, and we were able to drink cider in the bar until could check in. We had a little chat with Rob and Laura who were working at the bar; they made us feel very welcome. The location is great, near the Tower of London and close to two Tube stations to make exploring the city easy. Wifi was also great, no complaints.

Cons: It was a touch noisy. We heard a lot of clomp-clomp-clomp from the room above us -- not sure if he was just a heavy walker or if there was a breakdown in soundproofing. I also heard things like a baby crying at one point. That's really the only thing that keeps this from being a five-star review all the way round. There was also a little noise from outside on Saturday night, though I feel like that's expected in the heart of London at the weekend -- white-noise generator on my phone was enough to drown that out, but not so with the guy upstairs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Refurbishment almost complete making a very nice place to stay. Fantastic room with free mini bar. Location is brilliant for tube, fail and dlr.
Cons: An Australian couple who made everyone's life a misery at breakfast did nothing but complain about having to serve themselves with uncooked items, just have thought they were at the Ritz
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was very good, we really liked that they give us quiet room (because we asked for it), there was no sound from outside. Breakfast was amazing, we really loved it. Location was good, metro and DLR stations nearby.
Cons: Maybe hotel was a little bit overpriced. But need to remember that we were in London which is not cheap place to stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: There is major building work going on!! You have to use the service lift and the corridors smell of paint. Not worth the expensive charge!!
Cons:
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Undergoing disruptive renovation, shouldn’t be charging full price. One slow lift in use, no stair access. Breakfast dismal. Baristas & staff need urgent training, extremely poor buffet options, no muesli or fresh juice, the cooked (obviously precooked) & reheated badly.. cold poached eggs on small, dry hard muffins. Dishes not cleared away, attempt at making own coffee failed... first no beans, then no milk ...

Pros: Stayed here for 1 night for work and was impressed. Great location, only a short walk to London Bridge area. Beautiful rooms with great decor, comfortable beds. Breakfast restaurant area very nice also.
Cons:
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Coffee machine was a lovely feature, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious.
Cons: Couple of little annoyances such as fire alarm testing at 8am waking me up with a fright and room keys being reset and locking us out each day.

Also very clean , fresh , Morden , nice breakfast and again member of staff were very helpful and even so they didn’t have space for breakfast they offered alternative to sit on Sofas .. just caring friendly :) and location is very good with amazing restaurant just around the corner. Pros: My stay in 510 was brill. The room is high, light, great view of the Shard, everything works. I stayed a couple of days later in 207 - misery! On checking out of 510 I had forgotten my mobile broadband in the room, but realized early enough to phone the hotel from the train to get them to find it and keep it it. I wasn't really sure if the receptionist on the phone had understood. I checked in again a couple of days later, and asked about collecting the broadband device - bemused looks all around. I kept on asking...

Large king Bed was 2 singles pushed together, very uncomfortable, beds very tatty, wooden floor very scratched. Breakfast was OK but if you wanted and cappuccino or latte', you were charged extra?,
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I just love staying at this hotel. Location is great and plenty of places to eat and meet people on Bermondsey Street. It's a very cool place.
Cons: Long queue at check out and so wasn't able to pick up my VAT receipt for the company. I had to go - room already paid as i had meetings to attend.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was great - not far from Tower Bridge and set in a small square, with entertainment if needed. Just a short walk and you were in the middle of London with everything going on. Hotel was smart and clean and staff friendly.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the shower - at first very impressive wet room, but the only option was the overhead drench shower - not all ladies want to wash their hair everyday, yes there was a shower cap, but a slide rail kit would have been better.
7.5 Good
Pros: Proximity & cleanliness
Cons: Nothing as I spent less than 12hours at this hotel
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms are large for london. Good price. Perfect location
Cons: Some of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful when we asked to warm up food for our toddler. The staff even questioned us if we were staying in the hotel and refused to provide a coffee spoon, instead gave a soup spoon for a toddler to use. Ridiculous and insulting.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, comfortable bed, wet room shower, staff very good, and friendly. good value .
Cons: nothing

Pros: Great location
Cons: Bathroom could do with a makeover
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service , I asked if possible to check in earlier and member of staff did check for me and I could go in my room earlier. That was very important for me as I was traveling for 3hours and needed shower, change and go to work straight after . And work another 8-9 hours . Really helped me! Also very clean , fresh , Morden , nice breakfast and again member of staff were very helpful and even so they didn’t have space for breakfast they offered alternative to sit on Sofas .. just caring friendly :) and location is very good with amazing restaurant just around the corner. Highly recommend!!!
Cons: I loved everything. Would come back again !!!!
6.8 Good
Pros: The location, staff, and downstairs reception area were lovely!
Cons: The bathroom was moldy and dirty, the carpeting throughout the room had many large, nasty stains, and the room's decor was quite outdated.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was lovely but not clean. Good location.
Cons: Room not particularly clean, which was very disappointing considering the price. Shame the hotel didn’t have a bar. Cleaners entered our room twice in the morning which was hours before checkout.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: My stay in 510 was brill. The room is high, light, great view of the Shard, everything works. I stayed a couple of days later in 207 - misery! On checking out of 510 I had forgotten my mobile broadband in the room, but realized early enough to phone the hotel from the train to get them to find it and keep it it. I wasn't really sure if the receptionist on the phone had understood. I checked in again a couple of days later, and asked about collecting the broadband device - bemused looks all around. I kept on asking...
Cons: Whether your stay here is great or grot depends on which floor and which room they allocate you. I stayed in 510 this week (heaven) and later in the week in 207 (hell). 207 is awkward in shape, you have a strange desk which is a hot drink area behind the bedstead. I only worked out that the strip light in this area swivels, otherwise the room is dingy, dark, and totally miserable. The kettle in 207 took some working out how to use until I eventually discovered you flick it up to switch on, which is completely counter-intuitive. The AC in 207 is like a b**dy boiler going, so noisy. The left behind mobile broadband turned into a right saga. I must have asked for this x 10 times, different people, including the bl**dy manager. I was told several times it isn't here. My call to the hotel - no-one had noted it! It didn't exist - it hadn't happened. In desperation, on checking out on the last day, I persuaded the receptionist to check 510 again with me going along with her- and there it was, exactly where I said it was. What a bunch of chumps. When I said no-one had checked properly - no real acknowledgement of their stupid F**king error that had made my stay so F**king miserable.
Bermondsey Square Hotel is a stylish Bespoke hotel, with 90 designer bedrooms, including a series of loft rooms overlooking London's skyline. It stands as the centre point of the square, which also boasts an independent cinema, contemporary flats and office spaces all surrounding Bermondsey's famous antiques market. Bermondsey - with its developing scene of galleries, boutiques, bars and restaurants - is rapidly establishing itself as the cooler, younger brother to London's more established neighbourhoods. With the City only a stone's throw away and the capital's highlights such as the Shard, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Borough Market, More London, the TATE modern and the Globe within walking distance, you couldn't be better located. The hotel's restaurant is a celebration of Modern European dishes in a relaxed, informal and yet chic atmosphere.
Location, capacity and connections; these are just some of the reasons our guests tell us why they love choosing The Tower Hotel for their stay in London. Pros: Location
Cons: Front of house dire - 10 mins to check in (despite no queue) as they were more interesting in folding paper into envelopes. Key had to be re programmed every day - up to 12th floor and back again. Menu very limited.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good facilities. Spa and pool area was also clean and maintained.
Cons: Very expensive breakfast at £23. Also a locked mini bar doesn't make sense. You have to pay for the items so no need to lock it??

Pros: The location and cleanliness
Cons: Some of the staff could have been more welcoming. The room temperature was too hot and was unable to adjust this. Breakfast was a good variety but cheap grisly sausages
7.1 Good
Pros: The spa facilities and the breakfast
Cons: The way the window was place you could see straight into the room from the corridor, therefore had to have the curtains drawn when we were in there for privacy. One of the nicest days of the year and so couldn’t have any natural light into the room. This was not mentioned and wouldn’t expect it from any room let alone a “executive” room
4.6 Okay
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: No onsite parking had to pay at a local car park. Kettle, iron and ironing board very basic and cheap. Escalators were slow and seemed confused as to which floor it was on or going.
7.1 Good
Pros: Hotel was perfect location easy to get to many places as tubes right near.
Cons: Thought it was a little pricey for the room that we had
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room. Loved the size and layout.
Cons: Need more directions to hotel, closest tube stations , on sites listing the hotel. Confusing that there is another hotel same name not far away. Hotel I stayed in also known as London Bridge Hotel. Leonardo Royal name drew blanks when asking for directions when WiFi cut out walking around.

Cons: Had to be cut out of the bathroom when the door handle failed Toilet seat loose Shower door kept falling off rail Nasty sick patches on carpet by bed Bed was insanely hard Bed was not a double - two singles pushed together with no topper to dull the discomfort of the join. Reception staff couldn’t have cared less about me getting trapped in the bathroom. When my partner called reception again to find out where the handyman was after 10 minutes, they put the phone down on her before she could speak. No apology at any time. The whole hotel is very tired Poor value for money. Won’t stay again.

Pros:
Cons: At first, they put us in a room with no air conditioning (it was quite hot that day) and we asked them three times to change the room and more than half an hour. other than that it was a pleasant stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else. Every bed has their own light and charger even with usb. Very cool. Lots of doors. Keep the noise away. Showers and toilets were great. Probably the best wifi speed I've seen so far in the hotels
Cons: It was busy. Some people are not tidy. Bring ear plugs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, Amazing staff Nice club
Cons: Very good staff
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location, good discount at the bar downstairs, free water refill point in reception was good too.
Cons: Very noisy as above a sports bar even with earplugs, I found the room generally dirty although the sheets were clean (the duvet was stained underneath though). Toilets and showers were cleaner than the room.
