We had to wait nearly 45 minutes for them to deliver our car. Then they delivered us a bill at drop off that was $214 vs your estimate of $167 Why? We rejected insurance because it is covered under our credit card but they charged us anyway for $35. Brian Huber and Tania at drop off we’re like -hey too bad, we can’t do anything about it They charged us $8 for gas to allegedly fill the tank which we had done about 10 miles outside the airport. So they claim we got 12 miles a gallon after a trip where we averaged over 25mpg-yes I have the receipts to prove this all When we tried to resolve this with the ineptly named customer service it took 4 calls and lots of HOLD to get anywhere. And now resolution is under appeal One employee couldn’t even locate our rental after we gave her the name date and location, because we hadn’t memorized the 11 character reservation number which was packed away It was a good vehicle delivered late by an organization which so far has left us VERY angry And we are unlikely to ever rent from them again if this is how they treat their customers

The experience was terrible. I’d avoid BUDGET at all cost. The lines were long and the agents were unfriendly. Additionally, they tried to add a $15.99 fee for fuel when I returned, even thought I’d already filled it up and returned it full. It’s a dishonest business practice that is not customer focused. Rent elsewhere, if you can.

We waited 30 minutes for our rental vehicle before they finally gave us another one that was not washed or cleaned out. They were unable to find the vehicle that the customer agent had assigned to us. The drop off line to enter the garage was long. The easiest part was handing the keys in for the vehicle.

It was impossible to change or modify the reservation. Trying to get someone on the phone was impossible at the local level and at the national level. It was an outrageous sum of money to add a day to the original reservation. It took at least 2 days to speak with someone. The website was horrible. You were in a loop and couldn't move forward or back. I think at this point all rental car companies are owned and operated in the same manner. Be prepared for a difficult time if you need to change anything for any reason.

Terrible experience. I liked the original price but I did a one way rental where there was no way to maintain that price (they claimed there was a mileage charge even though my reservation said unlimited miles). They also didn’t have my car. I ended up having to book another one last minute which meant cost significantly higher than original booking and I wasted prob 35 mins because Easirent in a different spot sorting it out and then reaching out to Expedia to get the original refunded. Miserable experience. You should remove them from your platform.

The up-sale drove the price to double what was advertised. Further, the check out was terrible and lengthy. Poor customer service at check out. And, I still haven't received a receipt. At first, they had my email incorrectly entered. We called to correct and yet, we still haven't received a receipt. I need the receipt for travel reimbursement. I am so disappointed and will not be using Easirent again. Caution to newcomers about the up-sale.

Dirty car, poorly cared for (tire looks like it pass it’s life span, something was loose under the car and it dragged the floor). At the return location it look also a long time to someone assist you and the shuttle driver was on the phone the entire time as he was driving. Will never use it again and don’t recommend at all. The lower cost is not worth it

We paid for an economy car because that’s all we needed. When my husband got to the car, there was a wrench light on on the dash board. He asked to swap the car for one that did not have an engine problem. The agent told my husband that the light meant nothing. My husband needed a reliable car and continued to insist on a car that was not at risk of failing to get him to his destination. The agent then accused him of just not “liking” the car. He gave him an “upgraded” car and told him the “lady” who lets you out will charge you extra for this car in a threatening way.
