Did not have the car I reserved. Had to go elsewhere.Pros:I can't think of anything good to say about the experience. Even getting a refund was a small hassle. The whole experience was like a bad version of a Seinfeld episode.Cons:I paid a premium for an upgraded SUV and they tried to give me something that was 50% smaller. The cars exterior and interior was filthy. It looked like the previous renter had been transporting their shedding pets as the seats were already stowed when the sales rep tried to talk me into taking it. Actually, he was quite apathetic about the whole situation and gave me a toll free number to call and cancel myself since I booked through Kayak.Reviewed 1 Jul 2017

Location didn't existCons:I reserved a car, and when I showed up to the location on my reservation, it was a building that was still under construction. It took me an hour to get to an open Hertz, where they were able to pull up my reservation and honor it.Reviewed 25 Mar 2017
