The front desk clerk made it seem like it was required for me to carry their insurance. Her question was, "Do you want just the basic insurance, or do you want the premium insurance." At first I told her just the Basic, but then as I was filling out the initials on the sheet I asked her, "But insurance isn't required if I have my own, right?" She said, "As long as your insurance covers it, no, it isn't required." I told her, "Okay, so my insurance will cover it, so I don't want the insurance coverage." She snatched the sheet off of the counter and said, "No worries.. that will just be refunded with your deposit." Instead, she turned in the sheet. I inquired with the manager when I got back and she was going to look into it and give me a call back, which has never happened. The front desk rep was there at the time I was talking with the Manager and we brought her over to get her memory of the situation. The rep said, "Yeah, that conversation is vaguely familiar. I do recall something like that happening", but that was it. The manager said she'd talk with her General Manager and return my call, which has never happened. The shuttle ride was fine, but the driver didn't get up and offer help for us to get onto or off of the shuttle. Throughout the experience, I felt like a Dollar Sign and not a human. Terrible. I reserved a car with them for a noon pickup and arrived early evening of the same day and they said since I was late the car was no longer available and I had to pay $400.00 more dollars for the same car.Reviewed 13 Mar 2024

horrible I specifically booked a car for the 4th of feb , i am absolutely sure thats what i booked . I recieved a confirmation with wrong date . I called and texted asap to explain . no help whatsoever so i end up in salt lake with no rental car for the week i was there , and am bieng billed for a car for the wrong dates , I am positive I booked the correct date , as i booked on the 4th and needed the car that day ! Why would I book a rental for dates i wont even be there ? This whole situation makes me wonder if using KAYAK. who is also no help is worth it I can easily go to other travel websites and have a better experience .Reviewed 19 Feb 2024

Everyone was kind and helpful. Pickup and drop off were fast and easy. Airport shuttle was quick, clean, and courteous. They upgraded me for no charge because the car I rented wasn't available when I showed up early. The car was nearly new, but did have some scratches on the bumper.
