Terrible! I reserved it online then wasn’t able to pick it up because I didn’t have a credit card. It had even taken my debit card while making the reservation. I went with a different rental company and wasn’t able to use my Budget reservation.

The only thing that he had was a Ram truck. I was ok with that thinking he wouldn’t give me a huge Ram truck. I am 83 and 5’1”. I went to the truck and pulled myself in. Good exercise I told myself. First stop would be some where I could buy a step stool and some rope to attach to the stool so I could pull it into the truck. Only one othèr problem I could not solve, I could not see over the steering wheel. I had to go back in and hopefully they could find me another car.

The didn't have a car ready for me at the airport. It was a big inconvenience, had to Uber to a different location to rent from another vendor.
The car was very dirty inside and out. It was clear the vehicle was not cleaned from the previous rental. The key fob battery was almost dead and I was not able to lock/unlock the vehicle with it.

Car was not ready upon arrival even though we booked 2 months ahead. Had to wait over an hour after a very long flight, and had a 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. Agent was rude & seemed unconcerned. Car itself was fine, but customer service was poor.
