No Car Available at Pick UpPros:NothingCons:I went to Congress St in Springfield, MA to pick up the car I reserved and they did not have a car for me and the guy at the desk said, "Too bad!" -After three phone calls with not much help I was told I had to travel 45 minutes to another location and they wanted to charge me $40.00 more than my initial reservation. Finally things got resolved at the Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT location, but I would not ever recommend Springfield Budget. Friends don't let friends rent from Budget! Avoid at all cost!!!Reviewed 30 Jul 2017
