Cons:Airline cancelled our return flight and delayed our return one day. Called Alamo and asked to delay car return 1 day. Alamo representative said we could keep the car but the cost would go from $98.00 to $340.00. I offered to pay the one day rate of $60 for the additional day Chad said he could not do that and could not help. I drove to the airport and returned the car in a snowstorm. Paid the $98.00 and got a car from another agency. Beware of AlamoReviewed 12 Nov 2019

Pros:I expected the car that I rented..all the mid size cars were gone and they gave me a nice beautiful truckCons:We had to add an additional day on to our trip and you took advantage and charged $300 for the one extra day. It will be the last day...Reviewed 10 Jun 2019

Cons:Workers at this particular airport left 40 minutes before closing. Did not have a car rental for the night because of this. Alamo would not waive the cancellation fee. What a joke of a company that they can’t remove this automatic cancellation fee.Reviewed 4 Sep 2018
