Pros:Staff was reluctant to help. arrived at pickup and was told cara wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours.. which was 4 hours over our original pickup time. Stranded at an airport waiting for our car.Reviewed 28 May 2021

Pros:Complimentary upgrade because my vehicle was unavailableCons:Car was not available upon pickup. Was told three hour wait but did not get called for seven hours. Pros:Nothing. No one was there to assist us with getting our vehicle when we prebooked weeks in advance. After calling corporate, it turns out that front desk people are supposed to stay up to two hours after closing to make sure those who booked could get their car. Yet the security guard told us that the staff LEFT EARLY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD OUR RESERVATION ON FILE.Cons:Everything. Pros:Staff were great. However the car only had 1/2 tank of gas. I called on the way to my destination the day I rented the car and the Alamo service rep said that it would be noted on the bill. At PBI the shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick.Cons:Be sure to check the fuel guage before leasing.Reviewed 12 Mar 2020

Cons:When I originally rented the car it was for pickup from the airport. When I went there it was off site. This is very deceptive and was changed without my approval or knowledge.Reviewed 8 Feb 2020
