The car was spotless and in a great condition in general. The staff was brilliant, very helpful and polite. Explained everything from how and where to pick the car to the a way of handing it back. I had a small mishap by leaving the car with an open window in the parking bay in front of my residence. The member of public spotted that and called the Police. Police have protected car by towing it away. The Alamo company was perfectly fine by that and after recovering the car the next day from the Police, they've decided not to charge me anything extra. Would recommend Alamo and its crew to everyone, they are an excellent team who care about their good name and the name of their company. Definitely a breathtaking experience you won't see everyday!Reviewed 8 Mar 2024

Pros:Drop off super easyCons:The insurance is way too high and cost more than the car rental itself! Also the car selection is always a mess because there is no standard rule for the car group or at least the front desk won’t really give options just go directly with his pickup option.Reviewed 7 May 2019

Nearly Excellent -Pros:Very friendly staff (Kevin Zeitler) at pick-up - Coffee supplied for four and everything explained. Again at drop-off same staff very helpful..Cons:The only disappointment was that quoted rental charge furnished on line did not include any damage cover to car (I would have been liable for up to €26,000). I accept that here is always a basic excess of €1.000/€2,000. Therefore I consider that your quoted rates are misleading.Reviewed 26 Jan 2018
