To arrange for the shuttle bus to collect us in order to pick up the car, it was necessary to phone the office, this was not possible for me as my phone would not work in Guadeloupe. Once the car was handed over to us, we were told where to find it and that was it. We had to go back in to the office a couple of times to ask how to do certain things, for example, how we opened the boot. If a member of staff had accompanied us to the car this would have alleviated the necessity for this as they would have been on hand to explain.Reviewed 27 Jul 2022

Pros:Agent who delivered the vehicle was very helpful with packing our suitcases. It was kind of tricky to fit all of them and four of us in the small VW Polo. We’ve had no idea how to approach that task, but he did excellent job. We were able to drive comfortably to our destination in St. Francois.Cons:It was our first time on Guadeloupe. Better or more info/signs that show direction to the rental counter at the airport would be helpful.Reviewed 27 Jan 2020

Car good, service could improvePros:The car was great, everything was straightforward and the on-site airport location for pickup was crucial.Cons:Your agent tried to charge me extra for “too much sand” which is comical. It’s a beach destination - Guadeloupe - and every car is going to come back with plenty of sand in it. That’s why you, a car rental agency, invest in a vacuum. Give me a break. Also, the line at pickup was too long because there was only one agent at work that day.Reviewed 5 Jan 2019

Good Price, Friendly StaffPros:Very friendly staff at pickup. Shuttle conveniently right outside the door. Drop off right in lot at airport.Cons:VW Polo barely had enough power to handle the roads on Basse Terre. Vehicle also made random beeping noise.
