The hotel is located about a 40min drive from the airport, and if you are looking at taking a taxi to your accommodation, you will be paying a flat rate of 48 € (about $54) for a one-way fare. Alternatively, you can easily take public transport and the trip will take about 1h in total. Head to the Fiumicino Aeroporto train station located at the airport and catch the Leonardo Express train heading towards Roma Termini station. The train goes there non-stop with departures every 15min, and a one-way fare costs 14 € (about $16) per person. Once you arrive at Roma Termini station, you will need to change to the Metro A heading towards Battistini and get off 6 stops later at the Ottaviano metro stop. The hotel will then be less than a 1min walk away.
As the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant of its own, every guest is provided a voucher for breakfast, which is served at the nearby bar, Tommi’s Burger Joint, where you can enjoy a typical continental Italian breakfast.
If you are flying to Rome for a special occasion, look into booking the Temptation room or the Eden room, as they are the ones equipped with a Jacuzzi bubble bath. If you are a smoker, please note that smoking inside the rooms of the hotel is not permitted; however, you can consider booking the Vintage Room as it comes equipped with its own private terrace where you can enjoy a cigarette or an aperitif. Regardless of the room you choose, you’ll be glad to know that all televisions are equipped with Netflix, ensuring that guests can relax and watch their favorite movie or series after touring all day.
The hotel is located outside of the limited traffic zone, called ZTL, making it very convenient for guests looking at renting a car for the duration of their stay. While the hotel doesn’t offer parking, parking can easily be found in the area and the neighboring streets. If you prefer leaving it in a parking garage, you will find many options within a 5min walk, such as Garage Vespasiano, which is open every day from 7:00 am until midnight and Parking Trionfale Market Vatican Museums, which is open 24h a day.
While the hotel does not guarantee the availability of the room for an early check-in or a late check-out, guests can request that service and, if available, the hotel will be happy to accommodate them. In addition, please note that if you are planning on arriving later than 10:00 pm on your check-in day, you must inform the hotel in advance and a late check-in fee of 20 € (about $23) will apply.(Prices checked 10/07/19).
