Extremely noisy on the highway - maybe the tires or the drive train? Loud enough that it was difficult to hear phone conversation. It drove fine and got reasonable mileage. I had a five hour drive reach way and ended up with a headache both times. Also, there was no ice scraper.2.0 Poor

Maintenance Required Message came on. Dropped the car off. Only call received was to tell me I'd only be billed for time I had the car. No apology, no offer of getting me a replacement.Hertz

Got a phone call one hour before pickup to let me know that no cars were available for me. The lady was not polite and didn't even offer to check other locations. Went with Enterprise instead, and it was seamless with friendly service, and I was given an awesome upgrade! I now see why my workplace will not allow us to rent from Budget.9.6 Wonderful
