We did have a little issue in the renting proces but the team came up with a good solution and we are very happy customers. The car was freshly washed and everything was well taken care off. There was a rock ding in the drivers line of sight, it was mentioned up front but an annoyance. The lift gate button to close the trunk did not work Overall still a good experience

I booked the car and when I went to get it, it was not there. They did not have a vehicle for me at all. It’s now been three days and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE!!! I’ve had to pay out of pocket for hotels and all they can do is put stuff in their notes, put urgent on my file and tell me someone will call. No one ever calls. So I’m still stuck in this horrible city and want to go home. I had to sell my wedding ring and band just so I could get more hotels that’s I can’t afford. Someone please help me!!
