Car stank of marijuana - the worst kind of smell ever in the fabric of the car It never went away the entire trip. And the kids couldn’t stand it. Horrible every single tome we used the car. Umbearable - why would Alamo rent a car like this to anyone? Big mistake especially with kids8.0 Very Good

The fully loaded Pacifica I started with was terrific, except it had a bad rear tire that kept deflating. I called roadside assistance and they very kindly directed me to an Enterprise only 5 miles away to exchange vehicles with minimal hassle.Cons:
I wish Alamo could have just replaced the tire, because the van I got in exchange from Enterprise was an ancient, dirty Grand Caravan with absolutely no modern features such as a backup camera, Bluetooth, or even USB. Not Alamo's fault but man that was a buzzkill for the rest of the week. Also, the line at the airport was just ridiculous.4.0 Mediocre

After finally making it out to the garage, had to wait another 30 minutes because the car assigned to me was not ready—over an hour after my scheduled (reserved?) pick up time. Received a hybrid vehicle and did not appreciate the engine cutting off at every stop and the lack of power on the road.
