The price quoted on the website was around $250. When I picked it up they told me the actual price would be around $316. Of course I know that would happen because of hidden taxes and fees because every single company these days are crooks and liars. The car had a rock chip on the windshield which was documented before I drove away. When I dropped the car off the terrible employee wasn't at the desk so I just left the keys in the drop box. He called me to tell me about the rock chip, I sent him the paperwork as proof the rock chip was already there. He said he would send me a receipt. I never got the receipt and the price came to $378. That's over $100 more than the internet quoted me. Never ever use Avis and especially never ever deal with the horrible employee in the Calgary Midnapore location. I am out of the country now so it's difficult for me to deal with this but I will be getting to the bottom of this.Reviewed 9 Dec 2023

Terrible service got sick of waiting and gave upPros:NothingCons:I had my rental scheduled for 8:00 waited at the counter for a long time no one came. I finally found the cell phone number and called the lady working she asked if I had my rental for 9:00 I said no 8:00 ,and even verified my itinerary at this time.
