Pros:Price was ok. No line at pick-up (which should have warned me)Cons:It took two people ten minutes to check me out (not including actual car pickup). During that time, I saw another person in line leave out of frustration. The car they rented me did not have a remote key, even though it should have had one. Only one door lock on the whole car. Had to lock the doors before closing, and I accidentally locked the key in the trunk once, which required me to call AAA. I'm positive they charged someone else that expensive key replacement fee in the past, and never got a new key.Reviewed 11 Nov 2019

Pros:Car was fine, service was lacking.Cons:Advantage charged more than the full rate to add unlimited mileage. More than doubling the fee I was previously charged and that was supposed to be prepaid.Reviewed 8 Aug 2019

Pros:The car was clean and in good care.Cons:I had to wait almost 2 hours for my car after 10+ hours flying. The person in the counter said that I reserved the car that very same day they didn’t have time to get the car and he offered another a lot more expensive car. Other than that he could not do anything for me.Reviewed 6 Feb 2019

Pros:NothingCons:Had booked an economy car. Got to the counter, said they didnt have it, offered another level up for $20 per day more. What's the point of booking online. At least there were other rental companies there to provide what I was looking for.Reviewed 19 Nov 2018

StrandedCons:The office closed at 11:59 we landed and got to the rental desk at 12:05. When we called customer service they offered absolutely nothing. Our hotel reservation was an hour drive away. I will never forgive Advantage for being so unwilling offer any support whatsoever. Luckily Hertz still had people in the garage and they matched Advantage price.Reviewed 24 Aug 2018
