Cons:
It took several attempts to acquire roadside assistance for a flat tire, which was flat but still holding air when we picked up the vehicle. We were traveling, but were told we either have to return home or go to another facility which was far to get the tire changed. We got no help from the dealership where we rented the vehicle, and it took three attempts to finally get the help we needed.Budget

We checked several rental companies through Kayak. I tried to be careful to always switch back to "one-way trip" mode, but I must have missed my last time. We were charged $300 extra for our mistake.10.0 Wonderful
