I had been provided this address 1, 1000 Airport Road, Leduc, AB T9E8B7 which is wrong. The correct location is inside the airport. It was extremely difficult for me to pick up the vehicle because of that.10.0 Wonderful

From the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the counter staff at the rental agency itself, all were polite and courteous. The car was ready and we were given good instructions as to the "after-hour" drop-off process.8.0 Very Good

Check in took way to long... knowing that they had vball teams coming into Edmonton for a tournament and rentals were going to be higher than normal on a wed they did. It have enough staff to help. Check in was Long and they were always answering phone thru out for shuttle pick up.10.0 Wonderful
