Pros (+) Location was outstanding. The buffet breakfast was good too.
Cons (-) Requested new pillows from the front desk and they forgot about it. Rooms are a bit dated.

Guests consistently praised the hotel's iconic and convenient location, with many highlighting proximity to major attractions and beautiful views. The breakfast buffet and dining options received positive remarks for variety and quality. Room size and comfort, especially the beds, were also appreciated. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, inconsistent service, and understaffing. While many staff interactions were excellent, others were less satisfactory. Overall, the positives of location, breakfast, and spacious rooms stood out, making it a popular choice despite some shortcomings.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Great staff, good breakfast with a wide selection and even friendlier wait staff - great coffee! I forgot to get his name, but the gentleman on the door was sensational - perfectly authorarove enough to get us to what he needed to do, yet not enough for us to think he was pushy...
Cons (-) Had to wait a bit for our daughters bed to be delivered, and not the best thing considering we had a 7pm incoming flight, and we were tired, but all in all they were pretty good when they recovered.
Cons (-) The 'king size bed' was two twins joined (very common outside of USA but not acceptable at this level property). Furthermore the bed was on wheels. Similarly in the club lounge the chairs are either too low or just not comfortable -- a big disappointment for such a stunning setting. Staff however were top notch. A+++
Pros (+) Room was comfortable, clean and good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent it was included in my nightly rate. Had the seafood buffet as well which was good. Lobby bar has good ambience. Happy hour 4-6pm at Meat & Co good value. Some nice extra touches like weight scale in the bathroom, suit brush and shoe horn in cupboard. Good size desk and seat under the window a nice touch.
Cons (-) Check in quite slow even though I had priority check in. Restaurant Opera for seafood buffet dinner told there was two sittings but after electing to do second sitting it didn't seem to actually be policed. Coffee should be included in the buffet price. No USB sockets. Clunky TV menu and interface.
Pros (+) We really loved everything until our problem at the checkout.
Cons (-) We had requested a car to the airport to be scheduled. We stopped at the luggage arrival desk the day before. It was written down but i think no one ever called the car service. There were 4 of us with large luggage so my son had to run down the ramp into the street to flag down 2 taxis..... The international terminal airport was VERY busy and we came close to arriving too late for our flight
