Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring Sydney and accessing restaurants, bars, and transport. Many reviewers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, a significant number of guests report high noise levels at night, both from inside and outside the hotel, which can disrupt sleep. Despite this, the overall atmosphere, amenities, and thoughtful touches in the rooms are appreciated, making the hotel a popular choice for return visits.
