Pros: Amazing crew
Cons: Windows locked dark for whole flight in the DAYTIME going over spectacular scenery in Norway and Greenland. No eye shades given out. Totally depressing. Food very mediocre with nothing Arabic in spite of great Arab food.
Pros: Seats were comfortable.
Cons: Bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner
Cons: Staff at check in counter was rude.
Pros: Landing and the crew
Cons: The food was very spicy( Chicken meal)
Cons: Let passengers look out the window in the daytime. Going over Norway and Greenland with fantastic scenery and windows are blacked out whole trip. I paid to select a window seat. Totally depressing to be in the dark all day. Windows black even when lunch served.
Tasteless Western food. Would have liked something Arab. (I’m a white American)
Pros: The crew was nice and courteous. The flight went smoothly. The bathrooms were easily accessible.
Cons: They barely offered water on the 11-12 hour flights. The crew was not around other than to hand out meals during the first and last few hours.
Cons: That if passengers with a original departure of erbil will be blocked for their final log that kayak or royal jordanian dont advertise the flight
Pros: ThAt i left erbil
Cons: Just had issues with bathrooms not being clean.
Ran out of soap in 2 bathrooms

Pros: The service
Pros: Great food options. Super comfy fully reclining to bed seats. Very attentive flight crew.
Cons: It's minor, but more up to date movies.
Pros: It’s hard to say what was good, because everything was sub-par. I would say I liked nothing, except that it got me to where I needed to go. Would I pay for this again? Economy, maybe. Business? No way.
Cons: Everything. I was flying business so the standard must be higher. Specifically? Bathrooms. Replace eather-worn chairs. Leather retains heat making the whole chair hot. As someone who finds everything cold, this was unbelievable; flight crew (rude & bossy, not international standard); seat positioning (your seat mate has to climb over you); meal (feels like an economy meal put on silverware); the pilot! did a hard brake on the runway, sending loose items flying; I really have nothing positive to say about Royal Jordanian, except that I would be happy to avoid them again.
Pros: Seats are crammed & not comfortable but crew members were nice
Cons: Add WiFi

Pros: Friendly pilot and crew
Cons: Delayed planes are always annoying. The flights to and from ended up being delayed about an hour each way.
Cons: The supervisor and some of his crew were rude because I had a problem and they were not helping
Cons: Absolutely the worst flight and airport I have ever experienced. I will never travel royal Jordanian ever again!
Cons: The attendants only came around 2 times to offer drinks/water on a 12 hour flight. They only offered tea/coffee once. It was not offered after the main meal even. The attendants need to come around with water every few hours on such a long flight.

If you will be flying Royal Jordanian with children, there are several amenities that you can benefit from, including special kid-friendly meals and baby food for infants. Additionally, the staff offers fun activities to help keep the little ones entertained, such as stories, games, coloring, and puzzles.
When flying with this airline, you will have the choice between two travel classes: Economy and Crown. Economy comes with services like a hot meal, complimentary blankets, sleep masks, pillows, and access to the plane’s entertainment system. If you opt for Crown instead, you will have a comfortable seat that converts into a bed, as well as access to the airline lounge before your flight begins boarding.
Royal Jordanian is a member of two groups, known as the oneworld airline alliance and the Arab Air Carriers Organization. The airline also maintains codeshare agreements with many other companies, including American Airlines, British Airways, Oman Air, and Turkish Airlines.
This company’s fleet is composed of 25 planes, all of which are either Airbus, Boeing, or Embraer. The Boeing 787-8 is employed the most frequently, as it can carry up to 270 passengers and is best suited for medium-range or long-haul flights. For smaller trips, such as domestic voyages, the airline opts to use the Embraer 175 instead, a plane that is known for having a comfortable two-seat configuration that allows passengers to stretch their legs. For standard medium-range flights, you will often see the Airbus A320-200 being used, an option that can fit up to 16 Crown Class passengers as well as 120 Economy travelers.
