Don't have hair dryer.
Staff is helpful. There is kettle and microwave at lobby
To begin with, one of the best things about this property was it’ll the location. Metro station and other means of transport were really close to the hotel, around 5 minute walk. In addition, in the same distance you could find several classic Parisian cafes as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and fast food shops such as subway. The neighborhood was very crowded even late at night, so possibilities of pick pocketing or stealing in general were pretty unlikely. Nevertheless you should always be careful at the metro or other means of transport, not only in Paris but in any place that you are traveling to. Facilities seemed new and they were in good condition, the staff was helpful (only the morning and evening shift*), the room was good, not perfect though but for the price given was ok.
The night shift was not helpful at all and they were also very impolite. They wouldn’t give you anything easily such as simple things like extra towels, blankets or spoons. We asked for three spoons in order to eat something in the room and they said that they didn’t have any. After we insisted they gave us three spoons and told us to bring them back in 20-30 minutes. Also we asked for a multipurpose socket and they gave to us for 20 euro warranty. When we asked for one more we had to give another 20 euro instead of keeping just 20 euro for both. Nonetheless, the morning and evening shift were completely different.
Staff were friendly and the location was good.
The rooms do not fit three people in comfortabley and the room was easy too hot. Also no shower door for privacy.
Rooms are clean and modern.
There was no hair dryer, rooms are very small, housekeepers were pushing us to leave the room every morning so they can clean it and leave.
